Overview

This species of wet habitats has tiny bladders on highly dissected leaves that trap and digest protozoans as a means to help meet the plant's nutrient requirements.

Habitat

Typically found in a lake at a mean distance from sea level of 55 meters (182 feet).[1]

Ecology: It grows in paddy fields , marshes and wet grassland between 600 and 2,100 m asl.[2].
