 Huh  This butterfly was in a b'fly house in the Twin Cities, MN.  The volunteer was unable to help with it's ID, but knew it's not North American.  It was stubborn and didn't want to turn, perferring to be upside down, so this is the best pose I could catch.  I have other photos very similiar to this.  I've tried internet searches, but found nothing like this.  Thanks in advance for your help.

The distinctive eyespot suggests that it is an Owl of some sort.  It is possible that it is a hybrid, bred in captivity.
