Adult : Head : Crown: grayish brown Face : Eyebrow Line : white with black border Malar : dark stripe along side of throat Bill: black Curvature: slightly hooked Shape : straight Body: Flanks: pale yellow wash Sides: pale yellow wash Underparts: whitish Upperparts: dull greenish Legs : Foot Color: blue-gray Leg Color: blue-gray.

About 6.25 inches long, with a wingspan of 10.5 to 10.5 inches. Adults weigh about 0.6 ounces .
