Description

Habitat

Typically found at an altitude of 0 to 5,013 meters (0 to 16,447 feet).[1]

Ecology: It occurs in a wide variety of habitats , including secondary forest , scrub , agricultural areas and gardens. Large flocks form in autumn and winter, but it is territorial in the breeding season , which lasts from March-July. Its diet includes fruit, flowers and insects.
