Family Oniscoidea

Essentially terrestrial , although certain species are restricted to moist situations near the high tide line ; pleon generally with 5 free pleonites plus the pleotelson ; antenna 1 rudimentary , with only 2 or 3 articles .

Typically found in water with a depth of 0 to -5,166 meters (0 to -16,949 feet).Mean = -342.060 meters (-1,122.244 feet), Standard Deviation = 635.570 based on 14,336 observations. Ocean depth information for each observation from British Oceanographic Data Centre.
