Habitat

Biome: Terrestrial [1].

Ecology: This species inhabits the forest floor in tropical rainforest, and appears to persist in secondary forest, rural gardens and other degraded areas. It is an amphibian that breeds by direct development and lays eggs in small hollows at the base of trees .[1].
