Miuroglanis platycephalus is a species of catfish (order Siluriformes) of the family Trichomycteridae, and the only species of the genus Miuroglanis.1] This species is endemic to Brazil where it occurs in the Solim?es River basin.[2] This species grows to a length of 1.2 centimetres (0.47 in) NG.
