Habitat

Typically found in water with a depth of 0 to -4,699 meters (0 to -15,417 feet).[1]

Biome: Marine .

Ecology: Syngnathus floridae can be found inhabiting coastal seagrass beds to a depth of 22 m. Males carry the eggs in a brood pouch which is found under the tail.[2].
