Physical Description

Adult : Head : Crown: dark Face : Chin: white Eyebrow Line : broad stripe , gray-buff in front of eye, wider and white behind eye Bill: Length : long Shape : stout Neck: Throat : white Body: Breast: white or buff-white with olive stripes Flanks: pinkish buff with olive stripes Sides: white or buff-white with olive stripes Underparts: white or buff-white Upperparts: olive-gray to olive-brown Legs : Foot Color: bright pink Leg Color: bright pink.

About 6 inches long, with a wingspan of 9 to 9 inches. Adults weigh about 0.7 ounces .

Habitat

Found near banks of wooded streams .
