Family Sylviidae

A Family of small passerine song birds with long tails.

Habitat

Biome: Terrestrial

Ecology: This species frequents lowland, tropical evergreen forest (apparently avoiding deciduous or semi-deciduous forest) and sometimes peat swamp forest, ascending into the foothills locally to 900 m. It is usually found in pairs on the ground in dark and shady understorey. (Ref. 65859)
