Habitat

Biome: Terrestrial ; Freshwater [1].

Ecology: It is semi-aquatic and has been recorded from riparian habitats and hill streams in tropical moist evergreen forest ; it may be found at the forest edge, but not in heavily cultivated land . There is little information on its breeding habitats, though breeding presumably takes place by larval development in streams.[1].
