Habitat

Biome: Terrestrial ; Freshwater [1].

Ecology: The original habitat at the type locality , semi-deciduous humid forest , has been drastically modified by repeated clearing and burning , and only a savannah-like environment remains. Details from the collection series suggest that the species congregated for breeding in small streams .[1].
