Description
Habitat
Commonly found along sea walls and pilings, in harbors, and coral reefs. Reaches depths of more than 100 m [1]. May be found at depths of 0 to 128 meters.
Typically found in water with a depth of 0 to -4,763 meters (0 to -15,627 feet).[2]

Biology
Reproduction
Males with eggs have been spotted in Bahamas in June and July (Ref. 26938).
Behavior
A nocturnal species, it remains hidden in cracks and crevices during the day[1].
