Habitat

Biome: Terrestrial [1].

Ecology: It has been recorded breeding colonially in both lowland swamp and hill forest . It is not known whether it usually nests in isolated trees or whether colonies were originally in closed forest7. Foraging birds have been recorded in forest, forest edge and second growth, feeding on fruit, sometimes in flocks2,11,12.
