Physical Description

Species Anchovia surinamensis

Males are commonly 8 cm (Total Length) in length when caught/marketed, but may be as large as 15 cm (Total Length).

Habitat

Typically found at an altitude of 0 to 92 meters (0 to 302 feet).[2]
